"Wyatt is an incredible realtor. He makes the experience very personal, and you truly become friends with him. His knowledge is amazing and he will take you on the right track to finding the perfect home.I looked at 15-20 different homes and he knew all the right questions to ask to get me to really think about what I truly wanted in a place. He knew how to compare house prices against each other, taking all things into consideration, area, neighborhood, yard, interior and overall home value. He always ensured his availability when I wanted to look at places and was an absolute joy to praise and bash homes of all different sizes and shapes. He really got an idea of my style and would cater house listings towards what I was truly looking for or would have appreciated. He would dig into the details of any place I showed interest in to ensure the house was truly an honest and good property to consider buying."

"Wyatt was a huge help in my experience of buying my first home. Since he is a Tucson native, his knowledge of the town layout is superb. Wyatt was not interested in helping me buy just any house - he got to know me on a personal level and made sure we found THE house. He showed me over 10 properties before we closed on one, and at not point in the process did he ever seem irritated or burdened by having to show yet another property. I bet he would have even shown me twice as many if that's what it took to find the perfect home.During the process, Wyatt was exceptionally responsive by both phone and email, usually responding within an hour if we didn't connect. When I requested to see a new property, Wyatt was able to accommodate my schedule for the showing, usually with a day (or two if the property was occupied).Once we found the perfect house, Wyatt's knowledge of offer strategy showed, and he was willing to explain at every step what to expect next, and in what time frame. In the end, we were able to get the house at a price even lower than I initially expected, in large part because of Wyatt's negotiating skills.The next time I need to buy or sell a property, Wyatt will definitely be my first choice, and I will absolutely recommend him to everyone I can!"
